Graduated from Shenyang Agricultural University, master's degree, senior engineer, member of the advisory expert group of the high-end equipment Committee of Liaoning Chamber of Commerce, master's tutor of Liaoning University of Technology, member of the CPPCC Committee of Jinzhou City, member of the Binhai New Area Branch of Jinzhou Jiusan Society, engaged in welding rod and sintering welding machine equipment and production line design from 1991 to 1999, joined Jinzhou Wande Group in 1999, and successively engaged in non-standard equipment design and product development (among them, for the first time in China, it has developed and exclusively matched Great Wall pickup shock absorbers), engineering and process management, quality management, quality system management, market development and sales. In 2012, he served as the general manager of Jinzhou Wonder Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., and since 2018, he has served as the chairman and general manager of the company. He is a member of the company's founding team. He has independently supported the company's sales for many years and is the founder of the company's actual controller.

Graduated from Jilin University, majoring in vehicle engineering, master's degree in engineering, senior engineer, master's tutor of Liaoning University of Technology, joined Wande Equipment in 2000, successively engaged in tooling design, non-standard equipment design and product design, successively served as designer, development minister and vice president of technology, and successively developed special shock absorber punching machine, shock absorber intelligent welding production line and domestic leading piston rod microcrack electroplating production line (won the first prize of Jinzhou Science and Technology Progress Award in 2015), it is the first time to develop automatic wheel assembly production lines for cars and trucks in China, breaking foreign monopolies, becoming a senior expert in the field of wheel assembly, shock absorber and piston rod production, making outstanding contributions to the industry. It is the first time to develop a 46-inch six-electrode quartz crucible furnace in China to fill the domestic gap and break foreign technical barriers. It has obtained 40 patents. He is currently the company's vice president of technology and the company's second largest shareholder.
