In his speech, Chairman Zhao Xi explained the three major meanings of this training camp: improving management level, broadening horizons, and strengthening corporate culture integration and teamwork. He emphasized that the students present are the most dynamic backbone of Wandee Group. They not only carry the important task of corporate strategy landing, but also are the key to the group's future sustainable development. By sharing his personal journey, the chairman put forward ardent hopes to the students: revere the work, be responsible for every product produced, stick to the bottom line of being a person and doing things, and always focus on customers. At the same time, he encouraged everyone to keep a young mind, continue to learn, and have the courage to embrace new knowledge and ideas.
After the opening ceremony, the trainees moved to the workshop of Hannah Company to expand the venue and participated in a unique "Crazy Aerobic Drum" group building activity. Under the guidance of professional coaches, everyone devoted themselves to a series of interesting group building games, such as crab king, who is the king of songs, crazy caterpillars, encouragement and editing, etc. These activities not only ignited everyone's enthusiasm, but also enhanced mutual understanding and trust in the interaction. In the end, a "full dance" performance pushed the activity to a climax.
On June 24, the "source power" reserve training camp officially entered the classroom teaching stage. The first speaker was he an, a doctoral student in management psychology from the Institute of psychology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
