The valve plate sorting machine is used for automatic packing of piston valve plates or automatic packing of bottom valve plates.

Process flow
Turn on the power of the main engine → select the discharge sequence and the silo on the turntable in the touch screen → feed the selected silo and material box → select the operation mode as automatic → press the start button → rotate the indexing mechanism to discharge in groups → manually take the spring seat → take the spring → take the floating valve → take the throttle plate → take the adjusting gasket → take the slot plate → take the adjusting gasket → take the group plate → take the piston → take the flat pad → take the nut, so reciprocating continuous work.
