The machine is designed according to 3 stations, each station is equipped with an error-proof box, the parts are placed in the error-proof box according to the process requirements, the operator needs to take the parts and assemble according to the set sequence, otherwise the error-proof box will alarm. The installation station is equipped with an indexer for manual transfer of workpieces.

Process flow
Manual assembly, take the parts according to the order prompted by the error-proof box indicator light, remove the piston rod and put it into the buffer area after the assembly is completed, the operator at the next station removes the workpiece and puts it on the appliance at his own station, and then pass it down after the assembly is completed.
