Introduction to Equipment

The bottom valve riveting machine is used for riveting after the assembly of the shock absorber bottom valve system.

Mainly used for shock absorber base valve spin riveting.

This machine feeds 4-station turntable. The whole machine has three working positions, working position 1-manual loading and unloading, working position 2-component height detection, and working position 3-rotary riveting.

The equipment is mainly composed of a body, a 4-station indexing mechanism, 4 sets of accompanying molds, a piece assembly detection mechanism, a pneumatic pressing mechanism, a riveting mechanism, a chip absorption mechanism, a pneumatic system, a hydraulic system, and an electric control system.

The machining quality is good, stable and reliable, high efficiency.

Process flow

Put the bottom valve into the turntable positioning die → press the start button → the servo motor drives the turntable to rotate to the working position 2 for automatic detection → the turntable to the working position 3 for automatic riveting → switch to the upper position for manual loading and loading → change the bottom valve positioning tooling for different workpieces in the next cycle.
