Introduction to Equipment
The piston nut riveting machine is used for tightening the piston rod nut after the piston valve system of the shock absorber is assembled, and then the piston rod nut is prevented from loosening and riveting.
Mainly used for Piston nut tightening and riveting after shock absorber piston valve assembly.
The machine is a vertical structure, which is composed of a body, a tightening part, a punching and riveting part, a clamping and positioning part, an adjustable support part, a pneumatic system, a hydraulic system, and an electric control part.
The machine nut tightening and punching riveting into one, compact structure, manual upper and lower parts, easy operation, high tightening accuracy.
Process flow
Install appropriate tooling according to the production variety, turn on the power supply of the main machine, set the changeover switch to the automatic position, manually screw the nut onto the workpiece, place the workpiece on the positioning tooling of the tightening station, press the left start button, clamp the workpiece with the clamping cylinder, rotate and move down the electric tightening wrench, tighten the nut back, loosen the clamping cylinder, manually remove the workpiece, and tighten the workpiece, press the start button, clamp the clamping cylinder, extend the punching and riveting cylinder, return after punching and riveting, loosen the clamping cylinder, manually remove the workpiece, and the next working cycle.
