Introduction to Equipment
The limit seat riveting machine is used for pressing and riveting between the connecting rod and the limit seat.
The mechanical part of the equipment is composed of frame, limit seat positioning device, fixed sleeve positioning device, upper pressure head device, piston rod adjustment device, pressure riveting fixture, hydraulic system, pneumatic system, control system, etc.
Process flow
Take the connecting rod → insert the limit seat → manually put it into the equipment tooling for positioning → start button → clamp the lower clamping cylinder → close the limit seat base → move back the limit seat tray → loosen the lower clamping cylinder → press head down (pre-pressurized 8KN)→ press head down → press head return → manually load the parts.
