Introduction to Equipment
The equipment is used for cleaning the outer surface of the shock absorber working cylinder.
The equipment is used for shock absorber cylinder the inner and outer surfaces cleaning.
The whole machine is vertical structure, divided into upper and lower parts, brush washing, cleaning, rinsing, compressed air drying, hot air drying 6 stations, in addition to the upper and lower parts manual, the rest is completed automatically.
The machining quality is good, stable and reliable, high efficiency.
Process flow
Manual installation (2 pieces) → brush the inner surface of the cylinder → high-pressure water cleaning the outer surface of the cylinder → low-pressure rinsing the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder → compressed air drying the large water droplets on the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder → hot air drying the residual water droplets on the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder → manual installation → the next cycle.
