Introduction to Equipment
This equipment is used for the power test before the shock absorber is sealed.
Used for damping force test before sealing damper.
The whole equipment is a double-station vertical structure, which is composed of a frame, a driving mechanism, a positioning and clamping mechanism, a pneumatic system, an electric control system, etc. Servo control is adopted, and the double independent transmission system drives the two detection stations respectively to realize semi-automatic damping force detection of the damper. At the same time, it has the function of not loosening, resetting and alarming the unqualified products with damping force.
The machine double station force value, displacement curve with the screen display, servo electric cylinder control, fast beat, good stability, high precision.
Process flow
Install the tooling according to the production variety and adjust the stroke according to the test requirements, turn on the host and computer power supply to enter the test program, load the workpiece at station 1, press a station start button, the cylinder pressing device will press and locate the workpiece, and the driving mechanism will drive the workpiece to start the work; on station 2, press the start button, the cylinder pressing device will press and locate the workpiece, and the driving mechanism will drive the workpiece to start the work; the display system respectively draws and displays the indicator diagrams of the two stations on the same interface and displays the maximum tensile and compressive damping force values of each station. The unqualified parts will automatically alarm and be equipped with traffic light display, thus working alternately.
