The six-wheel sealing machine is used for the spinning sealing of the shock absorber.

The main structure of the machine includes: workpiece installation initial positioning device, workpiece positioning and clamping mechanism, 6-wheel rolling head rotating and pressing mechanism, main sliding table pressing down left and right mechanical self-locking mechanism, pneumatic pressurization device, sealing pressure detection device, Electrical control system and other components.
The machine introduces the advanced spinning sealing technology from the United States, and combines with its own experience in spinning sealing to develop and design a new type of spinning sealing machine with good sealing quality and controlled sealing volume by force sensor.
Process flow
Manually put the workpiece into the initial positioning fixture, press the start button → clamp the air claw to position and clamp the workpiece → the main motor rotates, the main lifting cylinder moves down to the position → the left and right positioning lock cylinders extend to the position → the supercharger works, outputs high-pressure hydraulic oil to the oil cylinder, and the oil cylinder drives the rotating pressure head to start sealing and rolling the workpiece → when the pressure sensor reaches the set force value, the supercharger immediately stops working → the oil cylinder is retracted in place → the left and right positioning lock cylinders are retracted in place → the main motor is stopped, the main lifting cylinder is pushed in place → the clamping air claw loosens the workpiece → the workpiece is manually lowered.
