Single-wheel sealing machine is used for spin sealing of shock absorber.
For shock absorber spinning sealing.
The whole machine is a vertical structure, which is composed of frame part, workpiece top tightening and rotation driving mechanism, clamping and sealing feeding mechanism, oil seal pressing mechanism, workpiece initial positioning mechanism, pneumatic system, hydraulic system, electric control system, etc.
Process flow
Manually put the workpiece into the bottom fixture (the righting air claw automatically clamps the workpiece by spring force) → press the start button → the left clamping mechanism feeds and clamps the workpiece (the righting air claw opens) → the upper pressing oil seal mechanism lowers the pressing oil seal → the right sealing mechanism feeds the sealing cylinder and starts sealing → the upper pressing mechanism retracts and gives way while the sealing cylinder extends → the sealing mechanism returns → the righting air claw clamps the workpiece → the clamping mechanism returns manually remove the workpiece → cycle in turn.
