Introduction to Equipment
The equipment is used for shock absorber stamping four-point sealing.
Mainly used for Shock absorber oil reservoir cylinder four-point sealing equipment.
This machine adopts frame structure as a whole, which is a special equipment for sealing the oil storage cylinder of the shock absorber.
The machine is composed of a bed, an automatic upper and lower device, a clamping device, a jacking device, a four-point punching device, a molded tire, a hydraulic system, a pneumatic control system and an electrical control system, etc. It can automatically complete the four-point punching of the shock absorber oil storage cylinder Sealing.
The machining quality is good, stable and reliable, high efficiency.
Process flow
First, press the start button → stop when the cylinder pushes the workpiece to the limit switch → clamp the cylinder to act, clamp and position the workpiece → lift the cylinder to act → stop when the cylinder reaches the limit switch → punch the four-point cylinder to act → complete a working cycle.
