Introduction to Equipment
The inflation detector is used to detect the rebound force after inflation and inflation of the automobile shock absorber assembly.
Mainly used for shock absorber assembly gas fill and rebound force detection.
The whole machine is a clamping type inflatable, vertical structure, composed of a machine base, a lower support device, an inflatable sealing device, a clamping rod mechanism, a force sensor moving mechanism, a detection and electronic control system, etc.
The machine has good inflatable quality, stability and reliability, high efficiency and low labor intensity.
Process flow
The ball screw is driven by the stepping motor of the walking device to adjust the detection head to a suitable position, and the shock absorber inserted with a special inflation needle is placed on the positioning fixture, so that the inflation part is located in the air chamber, press the start button → the half tire of the inflatable sealing device is closed → the electric reversing valve is opened to fill the shock absorber with nitrogen at a set pressure → the clamping cylinder is reset → the piston rod is pushed out under the drive of the inflation pressure → the piston rod contacts the contact → the cylinder drives the measuring head to press down the required distance for detection (the detection force value is displayed on the touch screen, and the unqualified sound and light alarm is given) → reset to the initial state → the next working cycle.
