Introduction to Equipment
The machine as a whole is a vertical structure, composed of frame, aluminum alloy frame, workpiece clamping and positioning mechanism, Inflatable & point riveting mechanism, servo lifting system, servo dipper mechanism, Oil seal servo pressing mechanism, gas filling mold closing mechanism and servo pre-sealing mechanism, pneumatic system and electric control system.
Process flow
Clamping and positioning of the damper → pulling the connecting rod and oil seal → filling nitrogen → pressing the oil seal → point riveting at the mouth of the oil storage cylinder → turning the sealing process → cycle in sequence.
