Introduction to Equipment
The equipment is used for press fitting of shock absorber lifting ring and rubber sleeve.
For shock absorber eyering and bushing press.
The equipment is mainly used for shock absorber rings and rubber sleeve press-fit. The workpiece is manually up and down, the shock absorber cylinder is horizontally placed, the pressure cylinder drives the pressure head to press the rubber sleeve into the lifting ring from top to bottom, and the back pressure cylinder drives the push rod to push the rubber sleeve up and back to the top. The machining quality is good, stable and reliable, high efficiency, low labor intensity.
Process flow
Turn on the power switch, the indicator light of the control button of the operation box is on → switch the manual/automatic button to automatic → put the (rubber sleeve) into the guide upper tire with the right hand → put the (cylinder barrel) into the positioning lower tire with the left hand → turn on the workpiece detection switch → start the start button with the left hand → lubricate the working rubber sleeve of the lubrication pump → the hydraulic cylinder drives the pressure head to move down → the pressure head moves down to the specified position → the proximity switch flashes, back pressure rubber sleeve → reach the designated position, back pressure head back → take the piece (rubber sleeve) with both hands, put the rubber sleeve into the guide upper tire with the right hand → remove the press-fit assembly with the right hand, and carry out the next working cycle.
