The piston rod micro-crack chrome plating production line is a special equipment for shock-absorbing rod chrome plating, which is mainly used for shock-absorbing rod micro-crack hard chrome plating.
Used for shock absorber piston rod hard chrome plating.
Electroplating micro-crack hard chromium on the shock absorber rod, separation of feeding and blanking, linear assembly line, automatic transportation of hanging tools by crane, is a full-automatic production line.
The whole line is arranged in a straight line, with operation and maintenance platform; the production line adopts centralized control mode; the control system is at the feeding end, which is convenient for monitoring the operation status of the production line. The whole line adopts industrial control computer and touch screen secondary control system, and the whole line is controlled by PLC programmable controller to realize the whole line operation status display and process parameter control, display equipment fault code, and prompt equipment fault handling. The automatic storage of historical process parameters realizes the traceability function of product quality. The machine adopts conductive, chrome plating precision is good, stable and reliable, high efficiency, low labor intensity.
