Introduction to Equipment
The equipment is used for automatic loading and unloading of shock absorber piston rod during CNC lathe turning.
The equipment is used for piston rod CNC lathe turning processing to achieve automatic loading and unloading.
The equipment consists of a blanking mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a jacking mechanism and a supporting part. The equipment is simple to operate, high degree of automation, and can realize one person and multiple machines.
Process flow
The jacking mechanism jacks the workpiece into the upper barrel → the feeding mechanism moves forward → the feeding cylinder is fed to the processing position → the lathe is tightened → the feeding mechanism is returned, the feeding cylinder is returned → the lathe is processed → the blanking cylinder air claw is tightened after the processing is completed → the servo motor drives the clamping claw to exit the workpiece → the blanking mechanism cylinder drives the air claw to rise → the workpiece is lowered after moving in place → the next cycle.
