Quartz crucible melting furnace is a quartz crucible material forming, melting equipment.
Quartz crucible melting furnace is the equipment for forming and melting quartz crucible.
This process is the core process of manufacturing quartz mandarin pot. The quartz sand raw material is evenly placed in the mold by using the principle of centrifugal molding, and the quartz sand is molded by using molding tools (or devices) under the action of centrifugal force of mold rotation and vacuum. The quartz sand blank is melted under the action of the heat source of plasma arc, and the quartz crucible blank is formed under the combined action of vacuum centrifugal force and auxiliary means, after the blank is discharged, it will be processed into a finished quartz crucible in the subsequent process.
The process of feeding forming and melting determines the intrinsic quality of the crucible, while the structure of the crucible manufacturing machine and the performance of each surface determine and restrict the process, so the appropriate crucible manufacturing machine is the basic prerequisite for good crucible products.
