Introduction to Equipment
The equipment is used for leakage test after welding of shock absorber oil storage cylinder.
Used for shock absorber leak test after welding.
The machine as a whole for the horizontal structure, by the body, the workpiece positioning mechanism, the workpiece lifting device, gas detection device, pneumatic system, electronic control system and other components.

Process flow
Place the workpiece on the leak test fixture → start the start switch → press the cylinder to seal the workpiece → lift the cylinder to work → the workpiece is immersed in water to measure the leak → the workpiece is returned → the workpiece is removed → the next cycle.
