Introduction to Equipment
The bracket shaping machine is a special equipment used for shaping the connecting sleeve of the wheat-type shock absorber after welding.
Used for shock absorber bracket shaping
The main function is to shape the opening of the connecting sleeve to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent punching, lug welding and other processes.
The whole equipment is of horizontal structure, which is composed of bed, mounting frame, hydraulic system, pneumatic system and electric control system. The hydraulic system and the bed split structure, is conducive to the maintenance and repair of the hydraulic system.
The machining quality is good, stable and reliable, high efficiency, low labor intensity.
Process flow
Put the workpiece on the shaping die → start button (start with both hands) → positioning cylinder pushes the workpiece close to the front positioning plate → press down and top up → positioning cylinder return → shaping cylinder feed and shaping → lower workpiece → next cycle.
