The shaping and punching machine is a special equipment used for shaping and punching the double ends of the connecting bracket of the wheat-type shock absorber.

Process flow
Place the workpiece on the workpiece loading station → start button → truss manipulator automatically grabs and puts the workpiece on the shaping die → positioning cylinder pushes the workpiece against the front positioning plate → pressing down and tightening → positioning cylinder returning → shaping cylinder feeding and shaping → workpiece pushing out → truss manipulator grabs and puts the workpiece into the punching station → pushing cylinder positioning → pressing cylinder pressing workpiece → punching cylinder back → pushing cylinder back → pressing cylinder back → pressing cylinder back return → ejection cylinder ejection → ejection cylinder ejection → truss manipulator lower part →. A second cycle was performed.
