The production line is used for assembling heavy truck wheels with vacuum tires. The main processes include: tire unstacking and loading, automatic lubrication, tire point identification, rim KBK auxiliary loading, rim point identification, automatic matching and loading, automatic tire loading, automatic turning over, automatic inflation, automatic dynamic balance detection, robot auxiliary correction, dynamic balance recheck, palletizing and unloading, etc.
Truck Tubed Tire Wheel Assembly Line
The production line is used for heavy truck non-vacuum tire wheel assembly. The main processes include: tire manual lubrication loading, rim KBK auxiliary manual loading, rim gap alignment, tire sleeve synthesis, retaining ring pressing, retaining ring re-pressing, linear inflation, automatic dynamic balance detection, robot-assisted correction, dynamic balance re-inspection, palletizing parts, etc.
Mining Truck Wheel Assembly Line
The production line is used for the assembly of mine truck wheels. The main processes include: automatic tire disassembly, visual identification of the position of the inflatable nozzle, KBK hoisting of the rim, alignment of the rim gap, sleeve synthesis, O-ring assembly, lock ring pressing, linear inflation, palletizing of the lower parts, etc. The production line has the characteristics of advanced structure, reasonable layout, high production efficiency and high degree of automation.
